Because sometimes life changes plans… and that’s okay (within reason).
At The Backroad Bumblebee, we begin crafting and prepping your order with care as soon as possible. Since many of our items are made-to-order, cancellations can affect time, resources, and materials already in motion.
Here’s what you need to know:
🕰️ Orders Can Be Canceled If:
- You request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order
- Your order has not yet entered production or been shipped
To cancel, email us at: owner@thebackroadbumblebee.com
Please include your order number and reason for cancellation.
🚫 Orders Cannot Be Canceled If:
- More than 2 hours have passed since your order was placed
- Your order has already been packaged, customized, or shipped
- It includes digital/downloadable products (which are delivered instantly)
