Welcome to The Backroad Bumblebee, LLC! By purchasing, browsing, or interacting with our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We like to keep things kind and clear, but this is the legal buzz we have to cover 🐝
1. Orders & Payment
- All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
- We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other listed payment options.
- Sales, discounts, and promotions are subject to change at any time without notice.
2. Shipping & Fulfillment
- Most items ship within 5–10 business days unless otherwise stated.
- Digital products are delivered via email or instant download.
- We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once items are in the hands of the carrier (but we’ll always do our best to help track them down).
- Local delivery/pickup may be offered on a case-by-case basis (Central Texas area).
3. Returns & Refunds
- Due to the handmade and custom nature of many of our products, all sales are final.
- If something arrives damaged or there is a major issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll make it right 💛
- Digital items, printables, and downloads are non-refundable once delivered.
4. Blessings Fund & Donations
- Donations to the Bumblebee Blessings Fund are voluntary and non-refundable.
- 100% of donations go directly toward helping individuals and families in need through gifts, services, or support.
- We reserve the right to determine how funds are distributed based on need and availability.
5. Content & Intellectual Property
- All content, images, logos, and designs are the property of The Backroad Bumblebee, LLC unless otherwise credited.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.
6. Privacy
We deeply respect your privacy. Your personal information will never be sold or shared. We only collect what we need to process your order and keep in touch with you (with your permission, of course).
